If companies can realize this, they will hire a woman who has her own family to be a manager, instead of a single women who have Masters or higher. The simple reason is because married women has natural management skill managing people. Chiefly their husband, then their kids. Family is the building block of all societies. It is like a mini enterprise. Other than company will be efficiently run and has many happy employees hiring married women as managers, these women will also have a great chance to succeed in entrepreneurship and investment, considering their natural intelligence in managing risk and reward.

 

For the success and failure of women having a family, let’s compare them.

First women who have their own family started out maturing very early. They tends to invest what will make them most happy for their lifetime, than having a satisfying job which will not give. They make calculated risk in getting there. They know about guys inside out and what type of guys are out there. In younger days, they know about their market, such that guys look for girls with good looks and figures. To stand out, they are extra caring and supportive to the guys they like. They place a man’s career and finance as their priority. Guys doesn’t welcome that. Guys see these women as very poor, and will always take from them, and will leave them once they stumbled in life.
